This is a utility for creating quality thumbnail images and scaled-up or scaled-down copies from a wide range of popular picture formats. You can use slider controls to rotate images and adjust contrast, brightness, sharpness, and quality and preview the results with a built-in viewer.

You have a choice of 11 re-sampling filters and many command-line switches. You can save your thumbnails to a Web page using a customizable HTML template. Documentation is included.
