This is a customizable desktop clock. You can change the look and color of the time, the font type, and the overall size. You can even choose between a 12 and a 24-hour clock, and Internet time is supported.

Pop-up reminders, or alarms, appear at whatever time you specify and display a text message. You can also set them to play a WAV or EXE file.
