Caller ID fax routing lets you use inbound fax rules to route faxes based on caller ID data. It integrates with the Outlook Address Book on the client side so you can use shared contacts rather than maintaining multiple contact lists.

Because this can interface with TWAIN devices -- scanners and digital cameras -- to maintain the functionality of a traditional fax machine, you can schedule individual fax sending for a specific date and time. It also offers an easy means to set up and send the same fax to large numbers of recipients.

You can extract and fax attachments as true documents. Also, users can produce custom cover sheets or the administrator can set a default. You can even set the number of rings before a call is answered to wait for caller ID information when also using the line for voice calls.
