Information:
This program converts plain text files to rich text files. It recognizes headings, tables, bullets, indentation levels and emphasized text. You can add hyperlinks to section numbers and e-mail addresses, or specify the title and keywords to be added. Headings are marked up using Word style, so they are picked up by any TOC fields.
