The Flexiblesoft Dialer II application automatically opens browsers, e-mail clients and any other programs typically used while online, and then closes those applications when disconnecting. It automatically reconnects lost Internet connections, continuously dialing a series of ISP phone numbers until reconnection is established.

For computer users who pay hourly for Internet access, the program tracks time spent online and calculates daily and monthly cost totals. Flexiblesoft Dialer II displays an "atomic clock", a timekeeper that automatically updates user computers to the exact time found on the Internet, such as the free time server provided by NASA. The program also shows the current baud rate to let users know the speed and quality of their connection. It includes multi-language support.
