This tool combines a solid FTP server with private peer-to-peer file sharing. Just select the directory you want to share and set a password for each friend. A built-in e-mail wizard sends the required connection information to your friend, who simply clicks a link in the e-mail in order to access your files, using only their Web browser.
You can set the security to maximum for read-only access or add additional permissions as needed.
