This utility reads your incoming ICQ, MSN, Yahoo!, Trillian Pro, Odigo, PalTalk, EasyMessage and AOL instant messages out loud. It uses different voices, tones, speeds and languages for different senders, so you can recognize your online friends by their voices.
SmartButler also understands slang and idioms. It will let you know when you have new mail, and it can read the clipboard automatically. If you are familiar with scripting, you can change or add scripts that drive SmartButler, in order to tailor its behavior.
