This is a parental and access control utility. Using scheduling techniques, you can control how and when computers are used. It allows independent schedules for each program, and schedules can either be set to a maximum number of hours per day or to a series of 15-minute time slots in which access is permitted or denied.
Defining a similar schedule for Windows itself allows you to control access to the entire computer. Additional features increase security by disabling registry tools, preventing program installations and denying access to the control panel.
Chaperone supports multiple users, and each user can have unique access rights or the same rights as other users. Accounts can even mirror the Windows login, preventing the user from having to enter additional passwords.
