This HTML editor allows you to hand-code it using simple menus and toolbox windows. You can create HTML content, including tables, with only a few clicks. You only need to specify values like table with and image path. Bash HTML Editor fills in the rest of the information. It also gives you quick access to Javascripts, CSS properties and HTML tags which you would otherwise have to look up.
The program offers color-coded editing, built-in FTP access, Internet Explorer integration, and RGB and HEX
