Information:
This utility shuts down Windows computers automatically. You can schedule it to shut down at a specific time, at a timed interval or when the CPU becomes idle. You can set it to shut down, restart, log off, power off, suspend, hibernate and lock computer.

You can also set it to only disconnect the modem. It is password protected and has command line support for batch processes. You can capture desktop or execute program before shut down.
