The Orion Network Performance Monitor combines live fault management network maps with a Web based bandwidth performance graphing engine as well as real-time and historical reports. The fault and bandwidth performance management application allows you access to alerts and bandwidth utilization via any Web browser. It will send an alert to your phone or pager the moment a network performance issue occurs.
Orion's Network Maps allow you to graphically view the status of your network. The report writer lets you produce detailed weekly and monthly availability reports. The program utilizes SNMP and ICMP and does not require installation of any additional hardware or software agents on your network. Since Orion is Web based, your engineers, managers or customers can all have immediate access to the current status of the network. You have the power to customize each user's logon to allow them to only view a certain part of the network.
