This program consists of a popup Start menu and two toolbars with a hierarchical structure.
The popup Start menu is opened by double-clicking anywhere on the desktop and provides access to such system folders as Programs, Quick Launch, My Computer, My Documents, Favorites, Printers and Faxes, Network Neighborhood and Control Panel. This menu is closed automatically or you can stick it to the Desktop.
The two toolbars are located at the right and left display sides. It is possible to put icons for accessing programs, documents, folders or Web sites on each of them. The other option is opening embedded toolbars that appear when the mouse cursor is over a toolbar item and also can contain icons for accessing programs, documents, folders or embedded toolbars.
