This visual grep tool finds searched expressions in text, HTML, XML and Unicode files. It performs global find-and-replace for individual PCs or entire networks, and you can optionally confirm each replacement. Changes can be rolled back after they are made.
Output is color-coded so that replaced expressions stand out against the surrounding text. The colors are configurable. The program can search multiple unrelated directories and all of their sub-directories, and there is a built-in editor. Double-clicking an output line causes the editor to open the relevant file, locate the line and highlight the search expression.
