See who is using IM, which IM they use, how much time they spend, with whom they communicate and what they say.

The program provides mapping between IM names and employee names. It supports groups and lets you turn logging on or off for groups or people. It supports local and remote SQL processing. Multiple offices can share one database, and the program provides a Web-based administrative console.

Note: This program is NOT designed for home users and will not work on Windows XP Home Edition.
