This program extends the task switching capabilities of Windows. With three different hotkeys you can tile all open windows on the screen and tab between them, or tile all the open windows but only have the current window colored. If you have a bunch of IE windows open and one of them is your active window when you hit the specified hotkey all the instances of IE will be colored correctly while all non-IE window colors will be inversed. Also there is a hotkey that minimizes all windows and shows the desktop. The other function of XPose allows you to right click on the minimize button in the top right of any window, and XPose will create a thumbnail of it and add it to its taskbar.
