This program manages bookings and cancellations for builders of apartments and shops. You can manage your
income and expense accounts, create payment schedules for bookings and view reports about the dues of your customers according to their corresponding schedule. You can print customized letters to send to your customers with their dues information.
Build-N-Book also keeps track of inventory purchasing. You can enter purchasing transactions for purchasing of inventory items and reports are available for displaying complete details of purchases. The program provides reports for the bookings, cancellations, payments, receipt, dues and recoveries against bookings. Each report provides options so you can choose to view details including every transaction for every account, or transactions between specific dates. Backup and restore functions are provided for data protection.
