This program allows for room and resource scheduling with features like month views and list views. All resources are listed side-by-side on the timeline view for daily analysis of available times and current entries. Jobs are color-coded by status. Double-click on a job in the timeline to see linked resources, stock, project information and costing.
To create a job, drag from the required start time to the end time on the timeline and right-click. Select a task from the pre-defined for the selected room. You can add employees, equipment and stock information to booking entries.
