Customize your keyboard, joystick and mouse with a free scripting language that is backward compatible with AutoIt v2. It includes a quick-start tutorial, an automatic script writer that records your keystrokes and mouse clicks, and a comprehensive help file. The program can remap keys and buttons, and make virtually any key, joystick button, mouse button, or combination into a hotkey. It also allows you to retrieve or change the volume, mute, and other settings of any soundcard; send keystrokes and mouse clicks to any window; hide/close/resize any window; launch programs and documents; define abbreviations that expand as you type them (auto-replace); automate game actions by detecting pixel colors; use a joystick as a mouse; create popup menus that appear at the press of a key/button; change the tray icon/tooltip/menu on the fly; retrieve and change the clipboard's contents; display dialog boxes, tooltips, and balloon tips to interact with the user; and convert any script into an EXE that can be run on any computer.
