This is a 3D paint program that utilizes the technique known as voxels to model solid objects. A voxel is the 3D analog of the 2D picture element or pixel. While a pixel is a rectangle in two dimensions, a voxel is a cube oriented in three-dimensional space. Each element of space represented by a voxel is generally considered to be either "full" or "empty." Voxels can be assigned colors and lighting characteristics and can be used to represent virtually anything from human skulls to complete virtual 3D worlds.
